Durability is something we all look for in the products we buy. Automobiles, electronics, home appliances and more…consumers want dependability and manufacturers need to deliver quality. The need to comprehensively test vehicle components for shock and vibration resistance can often be the key to long-term product success. Trialon’s experienced team will be your partner to provide complete satisfaction throughout the product validation process.
Trialon has been testing the limits of innovation for OEMs and suppliers for many years. Our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited Dynamics Testing Laboratory provides consistent and reliable vibration and mechanical shock testing for major manufacturing sectors, including automotive, military, aerospace, heavy truck, medical and telecommunications.
From microelectronics to heavy payload systems, our Dynamics Testing Laboratory has the capability to perform validation tests on a variety of components. Providing the resources needed, our Dynamics Testing Laboratory contains numerous electro-dynamic vibration systems, which come equipped with larger slip tables and head expanders. Each of the electro-dynamic vibration systems are equipped with multi-channel control systems for response and analysis.
Trialon’s vast history of experience serving global manufactures has allowed us to grow into a full-service testing organization, including fixture design and build. The Trialon team then performs a resonance analysis to validate if any resonance frequencies are present. In addition to dynamics testing, Trialon is one of very few test laboratories capable of providing full product validation support from a single source.
As your partner, Trialon provides comprehensive 24/7 support to meet the demanding timing needs of a validation program. Program management and support is a critical component of Trialon’s services offering, and we never shy away from tight schedules or strict timetables.
